Booking
- Takes place by e-mail and is free of charge.
- Booking is subject to acceptance of a price offer issued by the seller.
- As a rule, the booking term is 2 weeks.
Sales contract under the law of obligations
- A notarised sales and purchase contract of apartment ownership is concluded under which at least 10% of the total price of the apartment ownership is paid.
- After the building has been completed, no separate contract shall be concluded under the law of obligations.
Real right contract
- After the construction works have been accepted, a notarised real right contract shall be concluded under the law of property.
- The buyer shall pay the remaining part of the cost of the apartment and become the owner of the apartment.
- The buyer shall pay any notary fees and state fees.
